Business Development Representative

Job Summary

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, initiating contact with potential clients, and developing relationships to drive business growth. This role requires a strategic approach to sales and marketing, with a focus on lead generation, prospecting, and networking. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to succeed, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and research potential clients within the target market.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and social media.
  3. Present and promote HWO Agency’s services to potential clients.
  4. Qualify leads as sales opportunities and schedule meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and sales executives.
  5. Report on weekly/monthly sales results and prepare forecasts.
  6. Stay up-to-date with new services and industry trends, understanding how they impact clients.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve cohesive goals and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the marketing or digital agency sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A team player with high level of dedication.
