Event Coordinator

Job Summary

The Event Coordinator will play a key role in the planning, execution, and evaluation of a wide range of events. This role is ideal for a highly organized, energetic, and creative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Event Coordinator will work closely with the Event Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure that all events align with our brand, meet our high standards, and achieve our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, including conferences, webinars, trade shows, and social events.
  2. Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, equipment rental, and attendee registration.
  3. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to develop event materials and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  4. Manage event budgets, ensuring that all activities are delivered cost-effectively and within financial guidelines.
  5. Monitor event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
  6. Handle post-event analysis, including gathering feedback and providing recommendations for future events.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and innovative event technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to travel and work outside of standard office hours as required.
