Marketing Manager, Demand Generation

Job Summary

The Marketing Manager, Demand Generation will spearhead our efforts to drive market demand and lead generation. In this strategic role, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales objectives. This position is ideal for a creative and analytical marketer passionate about driving measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and execute innovative demand generation strategies to meet or exceed company targets for lead generation and revenue growth.
  2. Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, PPC, SEO, and content marketing.
  3. Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and ensure a seamless lead handoff process.
  4. Analyze market trends and customer insights to develop targeted marketing initiatives.
  5. Track and report on campaign performance, leveraging analytics to continually refine and improve strategy.
  6. Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
  7. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a knack for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to marketing.
